Rylee McKinlay is a Classical Ashtanga Yoga instructor, mental health worker, speaker and writer with a passion for helping her students to find joy in moving their bodies. She is an advocate for the destigmatization of mental illness, especially eating disorders, based on lived and professional experience, and has spoken at dozens of conferences, events, and schools on the topic of mental wellness. Her expertise lies in emalgamating modern exercise science and ancient yogic techniques to help her students realize their mental, physical, emotional and spiritial potential.
